너무 깨끗하고 친절했습니다.
위치도 좋구요.
다만 리셉션 시간이 1030~1900이고
수압이 약간 약하고 방음도 약합니다.
그래도 다시 마드리드 오면 또 여기서 머물고싶네요.🙃

It was so clean and friendly.
The location is good too.
However, reception hours are 1030~1900.
The water pressure is a bit weak and the sound insulation is poor.
Still, if I come to Madrid again, I want to stay here again.🙃

La ubicación es ideal, zona muy tranquila y al lado de gran via. 
Las instalaciones están muy bien. Las habitaciones amplias, y muy limpias. La cama es cómoda.

Para empezar la habitación era para 3, y en ningún sitio avisaban que el baño estaba detrás  una cristalera transparente, no hay problema que mi pareja me vea hacer mis necesidades o ducharme pero su amiga… Para colmo cuando llegamos por la noche no había agua caliente, no había nadie desde las 8 de la tarde para decírselo, y al día siguiente tampoco había agua caliente….sin comentarios. Cuando vas a un Hostal das por hecho que no tiene los mismos lujos que en un Hotel, pero sí que debe tener unos mínimos que este hostal no cumple.

Inmejorable ubicación a una cuadra de la Gran Vía. Ascensor pequeño. La pensión está en un 2do Piso. No posee heladera. El dispenser del jabón de la bañera no funcionaba o no lo supimos usar. La atención fue muy esmerada, y tiene un horario limitado. Excelente condiciones higiénicas y de reposición de elementos de aseo.
