Good hostel. Self check-in machine just right in front of the hostel. The female's room is so small like only one person pass through each time. But the toilet and bathroom is good though.

Clean and the location is fine. Staff is nice and people are friendly

Overall this hostel can be rated quite good. If I mention two negative things, they do not have laundry service(some website mention the hotel have it but it’s not) and the lounge(reception) space is relatively small.

I was sick with doctor note and applied for the refund, but they just don’t care at all.

It’s great! People are nice and the bed is clean! There are also the curtain which provide us the privacy.

Check in was electronic, there was no employee, so far so good. But when I went to see my bed (302), it was completely dirty, with dirt marks on the mattress, there were other people's things on it too. The bathroom was inside the room, it seemed to be out of water and all pissed, stinking. It was impossible to stay there, I only stayed for 15min in the common room to book another place in a hurry. I had no one to complain to, I felt like an employee of Elon Musk at Amazon and the worst, I was paying for this ****, the worst hostel experience of my life. Neither trip.com nor the hostel refunded my money *************

Great location. Easily within walking distance of the Palace and other beautiful sites. Nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff

I couldn't check in properly, but I was able to get in after they explained things to me over the intercom. I was glad I could relax at a reasonable price even though I made the reservation on the day.

I stayed for 4 nights on a backpacking trip. Check-in was done via a kiosk, and the facilities and rooms were clean. The location is a bit out of the way, but there were many bus stops nearby, so there was no major inconvenience.

I had several problems during my stay, some things were stolen from me, there were almost no people at reception, it's not easy to check in on the machine, I don't recommend it

Not bad, but the passport recognition at the door is not sensitive to Chinese. You need to use English more conveniently. There is free breakfast.
