The room was very comfortable, very clean and perfect for our family of 3. Five stars to the wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us, they answered all of our questions with a smile. Without them it wouldn't be possible to have such a great stay.

The room was very clean. Thank you for recommending such a good hotel. It made me feel comfortable and happy as soon as I got off the plane. The room was neat and clean. Hair dryers and splints are also provided. The four star hotel is very new. At the door is Sofia Retiro Park and about 2 kilometers from the Royal Palace of Madrid. It's really convenient to go anywhere. There is also a train station at the door. What a pleasant first stop after a 10 minute walk

We, 2 adults and 1 child, only needed to book a king bed + sofa bed. When we booked this room, it was written that it could only accommodate 3 people (including 2 large beds) and 3 breakfasts. However, we went to the hotel front desk and told us that we had booked 2 rooms. The 2 rooms can be connected through the door, with 2 double beds and a sofa bed, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms, which can accommodate at least 5-6 people. Why is the description on the Ctrip order inconsistent with the actual situation? We have passed the last cancellation time and cannot cancel a room. I only stayed in a four-star hotel at the price of a five-star hotel, which was a waste of a room. 實際與酒店定位不符,更像沒有服務的短租公寓而非四星級酒店。位置離麗池公園和普拉多博物館不遠,但是所在區域屬於老城區裏偏窮的地帶,周圍環境不佳,生活並不便利(周圍都是些低端超市和印度人開的雜貨店)。 房間設計不夠人性化,動線設計不佳(住的是高級大床間,有綠色沙發的那種房間)。開放式廚房有異味。 服務有些奇葩: 1.我們住了四晚,但是衹有第一晚有兩瓶免費的礦泉水,後面再要就不提供了。以前遇到過每天限制瓶裝水數量的酒店,這還是第一次遇到衹有第一天提供免費礦泉水的酒店(訂一晚和訂40晚都是衹有兩瓶水?那如果每晚都分開定是不是每天都有免費礦泉水了?邏輯在哪兒?)在巴塞隆拿和瓦倫西亞的酒店都沒有遇到過這種情況。 2. 早餐4天沒有換過,沒有現做的食檔。 3. 買了新衣服想借一把剪刀剪去商標,酒店要求去前台剪,不能把剪刀借給住客。這也是第一次遇到。 4. 雖然有的歐洲酒店需要主動要牙刷,但是當牙刷用完一般都會主動更換,可是這家酒店並不會這麼做。 5. 酒店的空調衹有冷風,馬德里最近天氣温差大,早上和晚上很冷,問酒店如何解決,酒店把空調系統自動調成了衹有熱風。後來又調成了衹有冷風。當我們要求酒店再調成熱風的時候被拒絕了,酒店説現在不是冬天,不能用熱風………就不能把空調弄成客人可以在房間調控冷熱嗎?後來在攜程的溝通下,跟他們的經理申請才又變成了熱風,然後又被換成了冷風…. 6. 因為最後一天要趕早上的飛機,需要7點就離開酒店,來不及吃早餐了,想讓酒店在7點前送餐到房間。酒店回覆可以送早餐,但是送什麼以及多少錢他們也不知道,衹有當天才知道………房間裏沒有送餐菜單就算了,但是定價還要臨時定嗎? 7. 同上,因為最後一天要很早離開酒店,想讓酒店在前一天把賬單送到房間做確認,這樣就不用浪費時間check out了。酒店回覆可以提前結賬,但是賬單需要去前台結完賬才有,不能在結賬前看到賬單。這邏輯又把我征服了。 總之不能用好和差來評價這家酒店了,衹能説無語或者奇葩….
