Near the city center and all sightseeing spots, I just walk to all places I want to go. The room is clean and nice, facing the street but not too noisy if close the window. Got shampoo in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly. Very nice experience overall.

We have stayed here several times and tried all the dormitory bed and rooms they have there. Facilities are good and very clean! Services provided were very good with friendly and very helpful staff. The location is great. However, during this trip the common area was fully occupied. It was because there was an old American couple who did not seem to go out. Every time we went in to make tea they were there occupying the sofa! What bothers us most was that every time we put the kettle on to make tea. They would go take our water to refill their cups or make a new cup of tea. And we had to put on another kettle of water. These are really undesirables! A couple of days later their son arrived and they still sat there most of the time and occupied the area! I wonder what sort of people would make a trip all the way to Madrid and sit in a hostel most of the day and evenings?

I stayed here five years ago. As soon as I saw it was still in business I booked it again! I sure am glad I did. This is hands-down the best Hostel in all of Madrid. Great location next to great restaurants walking distance to everything you need to see and experience that Madrid has to offer. My personal thanks to the staff and when I am in Madrid again you know where I’m staying!

Great location! There is a metro station 2 minutes walk away, a supermarket on the opposite side of the street and overall it's located in the city center, very close to Sol and Plaza Mayor. The room was clean, you get extra bed sheets and a set of towels; the toilets were also always super clean and the showers too. When showering late, sometimes there was not hot water though. I'll book again in the future if I'm in Madrid.

Nice place to stay.

The transportation is extremely convenient, in the city center, and you can walk to the most famous attractions. The most enjoyable thing about the hotel is that there is a public kitchen restaurant and a small garden, which is suitable for drinking coffee and reading. It is great to have sunshine and flower shadows. The price is really good, which is great compared to the above advantages.

It was a clean and comfortable place. They were kind enough to help me with how to use the coin laundry. They were kind and polite to me even though I didn't speak the language.

Perfect place to spend the night in Madrid while you stopover on your trip. Excellent location, clean and comfortable

The location is convenient for walking to the main square. The overall environment is spacious, clean and hygienic. There is also a small balcony facing the street. The indoor temperature is also warm at night, but the water temperature is not high.

It wasn't too far from the station and was easy to access. The facilities were perfect, and I was especially surprised that towel rental was only 2 euros.

I booked a room with a double bed and the hostel scammed me and my partner by giving us bunk beds (by the way, a cheaper room than what we initially paid for). They refused to help us or refused to talk to the trip agents, telling lies and that they had given us the room. The treatment from the staff was terrible, specifically from the receptionist Alejandro who always had a bad face and refused to provide a solution. In short, the trip I took with my partner was ruined because of them.

A very well located place, clean and with great service. It was a very good experience!
