good breakfast and fitness center is samll but ok.

I was on a business trip to Barcelona and came to Madrid. It was my first time in Madrid and I found a hotel with high reviews and recommendations. It was good. It was in the downtown area. It was convenient for sightseeing.

Mediocre hotel, dark interior rooms and wall view! I didn't like it at all!!

The room faces east and you can see the fountain street view, which is not too high.

In the city center, convenient transportation, stayed here many times in a row

The hotel was in a great location for visiting galleries and a short walk into the main shopping areas. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The room facilities were excellent and maintained daily to a high standard.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room overlooked main roundabout near the Prado Museum. Excellent location.

The staff went overboard to be of service. Particularly, Jose who walked 2 blocks down Paseo del Prado to help us move our luggage to the hotel. The streets were closed due to a protest by the Police over working conditions. We had to walk from the train station with our luggage because the taxis were not willing to transport us to the hotel. The entire staff went out of the way to ensure our dtsy in Madrid was excellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Madrid close to museums and restaurants.

Great location. Room on the small side; oddly shaped and laid out. Not easy to get around the bed and only one bedside table. Helpful staff. Ok breakfast. More 4 star than 5.

Across from El Prado Museum and other beautiful sites and shopping and dining. Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I’d stay there again!

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and very comfortable at the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was wonderful and the room spotless with amenities restocked daily. The location was incredible, the Prado was across the street and most other major sites were a 15-20 minute walk. I look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend this hotel.
