這個酒店真的很贊呢，插頭轉換器壞了前台立刻免費借用了一個。地理位置很好離地鐵不遠，房間很乾凈，環境很安靜，還有一個小庭院可以享用，非常滿意

This hotel is really great. When the plug adapter broke, the front desk immediately borrowed one for free. The location is very good, not far from the subway. The room is very clean, the environment is very quiet, and there is a small courtyard to enjoy. I am very satisfied

Chambre familiale propre et sympa mais trop petite pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes 2 ado). Buffet du petit-dej tres bien avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité. 
Hotel tres bien situé permettant d’acceder aux principaux centres d’interêt à pied (Prado à 20mn de marche, palais à 10mn, centre ville et rues commercantes juste à côté). 
Parking de l’hotel peu pratique mais parking public à moins de 2 mn à pied de l’hotel et en plus moins cher qu’à l’hotel)
Seul bemol tres mauvaise isolation phonique entre le chambres et hotel avec beaucoup de passage. 

Clean and nice family room but too small for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers). Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choice and quality.
Hotel very well located allowing access to the main centers of interest on foot (Prado 20 minutes walk, palace 10 minutes, city center and shopping streets right next door).
Hotel parking impractical but public parking less than 2 minutes walk from the hotel and also cheaper than at the hotel)
Only downside very poor sound insulation between the rooms and the hotel with a lot of traffic.

The location of the hotel is very good. The center is just off the street. There are many Chinese restaurants next to it. It is a walk from the palace. The style is a bit modern and classical. The bed sheets are a bit strange. The two cloths are not covered by the next pocket. I was a little disappointed when I entered the room. Later I lived and felt that the space was good in Europe. The bathroom was also very big.
