Absolutely bad! They simply don’t want to help! Room change? No? Refund for unused nights? No! For your own sanity stay away! The rooms are small and if you are claustrophobic not the right place! Plus the front desk service is awful!

눀 The strong points are essentially two: 1) the truly optimal location, practically between Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor; 2) the price. The room is obviously not a suite and is not huge, but it is still welcoming and functional for short stays. The kettle and refrigerator are a great idea. The bathroom is complete with towel set and hairdryer. The staff is excellent. In particular, we got to know the Mexican guy (we didn't have time to make friends) who recommended where to eat. Thank you very much. Thank you all

The place is a complete disaster, I have booked a room there and when I arrived it was a construction site, the room was dirty, not even close to the images and smelled horrible. I had to cancel and find a new place that day.
