Sitio muy bonito y agradable. Concretamente fuimos al restaurante del hotel (Freixa) y el trato y la comida fueron de 10, haciendo un recorrido gastronómico increible. Una experiencia en global muy recomendable, repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo por trabajo. Pero también era nuestro aniversario de boda. Lo comenté sin darle mucha importancia. Y para nuestra sorpresa nos pusieron un bonito detalle en nuestra habitación y todo el personal nos felicitaba por nuestro aniversario. Tienen una atención al detalle exquisito. Todo el personal es super amable y profesional. Las habitaciones están recién reformadas y son una preciosidad. Nosotros nos quedamos en las de la 4º planta que son tipo aguardilladas y nos encantó por el espacio, la luz y la tranquilidad. Volveremos seguro.

Espetacular!!!
Atendimento primoroso, localização privilegiada (dá para fazer muitas coisas à pé), limpeza impecável, quartos maravilhosos e café da manhã delicioso! O preço, certamente, não é um ponto forte, mas recompensado por tudo que entrega! Madrid? Fique lá!

O custo benefício não é bom
Razoável. O hotel tem excelente localização, mas as instalações não surpreendem e o quarto é minúsculo. O serviço de mensageiro é excelente, todos eles muito solícitos e cordiais , bem como o serviço do café da manhã. O mesmo não se aplica para o serviço de checkin e checkout. Mas minha pior impressão foi com relação as camareiras que estão sempre transitando pelos corredores fazendo muito barulho.

Super centrico
Muy bien ubicado, muy buen servicio, la habitación limpia, la regadera un poco incomoda ya q es de tina de baño y tiene solo la mitad de la bañera tapada con vidrio. En general muy buen hotel
