lightings are not working probably poor stay experience

Great location near the city center and quieter that expected. The hotel staff could communicate well in English. The room was nice, with comfortable beds, A/C, free WiFi and a safe for any cash or valuables you may want to store. The only negative was that the breakfast was not served in the hotel but you had to go to a restaurant/café 2 blocks away. Overall it was a pretty decent choice.

Absolutely downtown location, but the interior is like a guesthouse, 1000 yuan price, very poor value for money, friends said it is like a guesthouse...

Too much noise. Quite old hotel, needs a good renovation. The best thing is the area where it is located, very central.

The location, the staff and the cleanliness, impeccable, out of 10. The facilities are old and there may be people who are disappointed, although we loved it. It's like going back 50 years. What may seem old to others, from the reception to the elevator to the armchair in the room, we found vintage and charmingly decadent. The important thing: cleanliness, service and location, unbeatable.

Is it a 3-star hotel abroad or the level of a domestic express hotel? The room is small, and the breakfast is in a restaurant near the hotel. It's not self-service. One serving per person will cost extra. The surrounding area is very lively, and it's close to the subway, and the sanitation is okay. The front desk is quite old, so the English accent is very heavy. Basically, they can't understand what I say, and I can't understand what they say. The communication depends on translation software, but they are still very enthusiastic

Excellent location close to main attractions. The structure is old, the room assigned was small with a double hospital bed with wheels and lift, never seen something like this. a dirty armchair stained by wear and tear. However, the low price and location make this hotel a recommended destination

Staff are very professional, we arrived early morning but staff allowed us to hold our luggages. The hotel is in the center of Madrid, within walking distance of every place you want to go. I will stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

The rooms are really small, but price and convenience to walk everywhere is so worth it.
