The hotel is in great location and close to Chamartin Train Staion and public transport easy to access everywhere.

Being a full-time traveler who has visited more than 200 countries and territories over the last 14 years I have stayed in countless hotels around the world. Occasionally, my brother, who has epilepsy, joins me when there’s no one else to look after him. During these trips, there have been challenging moments when he had seizures. Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional. Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing. THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

very nice hotel with very nice location! The room is clean and convenient!

It’s quite good actually. I can easily get access to WiFi n it’s clean overall. The only thing that bothers is the sound insulation that requires improvement. The staff is friendly n always with smile.

The only advantage is that it is located exactly on top of train station and less than 100m to reach metro station. But it is likely 3 stars hotel but not 4, comparing with those nearby 4 hotels which are just 100-200m far from train staion. (as I stayed another nearby 4 stars hotel, I can compare.)

The service was very sparse for what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel

The environment was generally well and close to the train/subway station. However, it was very difficult to locate the place at first because you have to go up a floor to discover the hotel. Apart from that, the construction hasn't stopped once I checked in so there was a lot of noise around. Plus the elevator outside of the hotel broke down twice while I was there. The bath and bed is generally well. Although I should warn those who wishes to stay, this hotel's equipments are fairly aged and it's near to impossible to turn the AC to the temperature you want. The breakfast was rather nice and I enjoyed the varieties of food it provided. The breakfast was not something fancy but definitely had more choices than the last hotel I stayed in Barcelona. In general, a nice place to stay. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Staff are nice and very helpful. They immediately arrange early check in when I and friend arrive earlier. The hotel is quite convenience, just next to the train and metro station, near to supermarket. The room are big. View are nice.

Shek ping customer service ....good attitude and clean the room very tidy ...always small when see ppl and reply us questions very quickly....she is nice with good services I recommend her and hope sh can give is service next time when I stay here again l.

Hotel right on the metro station. Very convenient and comfortable.
