Nice location but very basic small room, Ibis budget like. Very expensive breakfast , not worth the money

Staff was rude. For late checkouts they made up a price they wanted me to pay after the fact. There was no prior disclosure in writing or otherwise of any fee. They was this was handled was appalling. Manager was also rude.

Bad service at front desk, smaller rooms than described in bad conditions.

Lovely property with great staff, excellent location, and spacious rooms with lots of light. Terrace rooms are wonderful. Only complaint is bathroom floor and sink could have been a bit cleaner, there were no slippers as mentioned in the hotel description, and the shower needed some TLC as it leaked out onto the floor where it was probably missing some additional silicone. Wonderful experience and we enjoyed the well priced and delicious new restaurant under the hotel! Will recommend to friends and will certainly be back! Best priced room in the neighborhood for its size and location!

It was a great location! The rooms a bit small but were ok!! Due to construction in some upper floor there was quite some dirt in the stairs and hallways

It needs renovation but a great hotel and the best location. Rooms need coffe machine and better bar selection.

Excellent hotel with all of the amenities that one can think of. I particularly liked that you could app order things to the room (towels, soap, charger …). The breakfast buffet was lovely. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and the terrace was a nice perk. I appreciated a proper blow dryer adjacent an outlet for different voltages in the case that you brought your own hair/ shaving device. Overall, this property is well thought out and suitable for the modern traveler. Kudos to the NH team!

Good stay and nice area, but room phone and air-conditioning didn't work properly. Got sorted next day

The hotel is great, and the staff specially Joel is excellent. Joel helped us in everything we asked him, even things that did not have to do at all with the Hotel. We appreciate Joel's assistance a lot. The only negative aspect was the room size, 213 is a extremely small room, I would not stay in that room again. Location is great.
