The room was clean and decent size. We only stayed couple of hours as this hotel is outside the city. Ideally you always have to take a bus or cab to go into the center. You can walk also but it would be 30-40 mins walk. Rest all is great.

Room was too dirty and small. Receptionist was rude. Absolutely, I don’t recommend.

We booked a room for two days, but on the second day they raised the price without consulting us, saying that there was an important meeting to be held in Madrid and that hotel prices in all cities had increased. The front desk asked us to either pay an additional 380 euros or leave immediately in half an hour, and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. After negotiations failed, we had no choice but to be kicked out of the hotel. We are all elderly people around 70 years old. We have traveled to many countries, but this is the first time we have encountered such a hotel.
