This Melia hotel is very dated. Both the installations and the rooms are. Furthermore, the room was very small, at least when compared with the Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá. The location is the best, but that is not enough to compensate for the small dated rooms. Very nice breakfast though.

Maravilloso hotel , muy bien ubicado y personal encantador , especialmente Israel en la puerta del hotel . La chica del bar del lobby( no recuerdo su nombre también maravillosa y una chico venezolano también .) Director excelente !!! Siempre que vuelva a Madrid me quedaré allí .

The service was next level excellent!! So kind and helpful no matter what we needed. Jerald and Israel always greeted us with a kind smile and always made sure we had any help needed. The only challenge was the small room we had with few drawers and storage for our large luggage. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good with delicious fruits, pastries made fresh that morning and wait staff that was always on top of things. My extra hot double cappuchino was always made right the first time!! Loved this hotel!!

Yo amo este hotel, es como mi segunda casa, cada vez que voy a Madrid y es con mucha frecuencia me quedo aqui varios días. La atención es inmejorable, israel y Carlos que son los chicos que te atienden al llegar al hotel, que te recepción las maletas etc son suuuuper amables y simpáticos. Y en recepción siempre nos atiende lucia que es maravillosa. Un equipo súper completo. De verdad que AMANDO ESTE HOTEL. Ah! La comida del hotel está que te mueres de rica, enserio, y el desayuno igual

Más allá del magnífico edificio y su ubicación, destaca la profesionalidad de todos sus trabajadores, desde el equipo que te recibe, hasta el gusto con el que te hacen cada mañana la habitación. Mi felicitación al departamento de cocina, la carta es perfecta, de alto nivel, y defendida en el caso de la cena por el equipo que dirige Borja.
