Poorly soundproofed. We were in room 717 and we could hear the conversations of Mr. who was in room 718. His television too. There was no towel hook in the bathroom. It's clean and basic. If you come to sleep well in peace and quiet, avoid it. Otherwise it is well located near the metro. Shower, hot water takes forever to come and it's lukewarm. 6 elevators is really a lot.

Bad experience. The apartment is not worth even half of what we paid. €290 for two nights, four people, broken bathroom, plugs in poor condition, horrible reception, disastrous service. We have put four people in the reservation and there are no sheets or blankets for even two. The switches do not work properly. A theft

If you want to enjoy the famous majesty and elegance of the Salamanca neighborhood, what better option than to stay in a property that has not been renovated since the 70s. Chipped floors and holes, bathroom door that does not close, walls and bathtub with “organic” paint ”, it's all part of the experience. On the weekend there is no cleaning or maintenance staff, so if the remote control for the 14-inch tube TV does not work, or you would like the room to be cleaned, you should have read the fine print. And don't ask not to be charged for the last night if you leave early, giving notice the day before, because since there is no cleaning staff they can't sell it again!

I stayed in an apartment for 3 days with my family in August and I do not recommend booking. In summer the heat is terrible and the place was only equipped with a useless portable air conditioner. If you open the windows at night to try to get some air, you can't sleep because of the very loud noises. The apartment has the advantage of being in a central area but Madrid has an excellent metro network so I recommend staying in an area that is further away but where you can also sleep decently.

It is the worst apartment I have ever been in in my life. It is very cold and the heating does not work, everything is old, with a bad smell, old and most of the things are broken. Customer service is terrible. They have charged us 620 euros for four nights. I feel cheated, I don't know if this can be reported. On top of that, when I go to complain to the receptionist, he tells me that I should have read the complaints before booking it. I feel very angry and helpless, if anyone knows how I can report it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Apartment Dirty and unswept apart from the broken floor, a closed smell as if they didn't ventilate the room, bathroom with soap and gel from another client, there was no toilet paper. In the microwave there was an infusion made by another customer. You could hear all the noise from the building.

Run away while you can. feb. 2023. It is a huge building where homes operate and some are apart hotels. To get to the room we enter a maze. Apparently they are all different. They assigned us an apartment for two people, with a bedroom and living room-dining room-kitchen. Acceptable space, but super basic equipment. Uncomfortable pillows, old bathroom, kitchen from the eighties, with very few elements. Good heating. It has a clothes washing machine. Room service does not include the basics: replacing towels, removing used ones, cleaning sanitary items, etc. During the two days that we stayed in that joint, they limited themselves to removing the bag of papers from the bathroom, leaving the bag from the kitchen for better times. There is no sponge to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils. The worst of all is the dirt. Walls that need a facelift, meaning new paint, in the living room, ceiling with dirt due to leaks and fungal blooms. Bad attention from the afternoon reception staff, totally inexpressive and few words. Excellent location, it is the only positive thing to review. We will not return, nor will we recommend it. Run away while you can. Excessive price (€75) per night for what they offer. Mismatched furniture perhaps rescued from the street or from the flea market.

I didn't like this hotel at all, if you can call it that... rooms with a broken door, in fact they changed it immediately because the door didn't open, zero maintenance, quite old and dirty rooms and the amazing thing is that on Saturdays and Sundays THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS AND THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE TOWELS We literally had to beg the receptionist on duty after paying we also have to pray... oh well details... Two electrical sockets were not working, so to charge the phone, I would have had to turn off the lights next to the bed, which served as the only light in the bedroom. Dirty sheets, the only thing in favor of this "hotel" is the connection to the center and the metro. Nothing can be said about this... with all the money it earns it could do with some modernization, even they don't have a double bed but they have the two beds attached when in the booking we specified that it was a honeymoon. If you are satisfied and only use it to sleep it is ok but if you want friendliness, cleanliness and some minimal comfort, change the hotel!!
