It really ruined my Valentine's Day trip. I never write reviews. I am born lazy. I made a guide before coming. It was said to be a castle hotel with a price of about 3,000. I assumed it would not be too bad. But it was a disaster when we arrived. We booked an executive room with a view. We were assigned to the rooftop of the fifth floor (the highest floor). My husband and I asked to change rooms as soon as we entered (there was a strong body odor smell that was really unbearable). The waiter said there were only two rooms of this type. After flying for 15 hours, we were really powerless to resist, so we stayed. I am complaining about the specific content. The bed is absolutely not good. Two beds of different softness are spliced ​​together. We slept for two days and the long-distance flight made our bodies very painful. We only had one bottle of water every day. I hate Madrid and Ctrip because of this hotel. I reported this situation to Ctrip and Ctrip replied that they had already stayed there, so there was nothing they could do. (I personally think that this management method is extremely backward and irresponsible, and it is also worth the manager's deep thought. If all the logic is because the consumption has been made and there is nothing that can be done, then the expensive platform is not biased to deceive the mother of trust)

Booked a room for 3 people, but was actually given a double room. On-site negotiation showed that the triple room had the same specifications as the double room, but the room was very small and did not have a third bed. Negotiated to refund 1 person, but Ctrip did not respond and kept dragging it out until I checked out. Both Ctrip and the hotel gave bad reviews and I will not book again. I will only choose ** in the future.
