Very nice hotel. Great location and very friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Been to this hotel many times and l cannot fault the place.Nice friendly staff and rooms cleaned to a high standard.And the benefit having the beautiful Retiro Park in walking distance.

The room is clean and tidy, with free mineral water and minibar drinks. The front desk also upgraded the suite for IHG Diamond card customers for free. It is about 3 kilometers away from some famous attractions and Retiro Park is within walking distance.

The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is very good, there is a gym, and it is also close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. Recommended

酒店位置須然比較偏，乘地鐵大約6個站，先到達市中心，因為站與站距離很近，所以都很快。而房間清潔空間大，張大床非常舒服又大張足夠4個人睡，早餐收費便宜，但都非常豐富。員工態度及服務非常好，是一間值得從臨嘅酒店

At least it is like this in our room. In addition, the water provided every day is only replenished to two bottles. You will not be given two bottles today if you drink one bottle yesterday. The water provided is in a glass bottle, which is quite delicious. The TV can be projected with chromecast, which is a bit troublesome, but the function can be realized. The bath towel will not be replaced if it is hung in the toilet, which needs attention.

At the reception they were very attentive, both when arriving and when leaving. I recommend it.

Because we made two separate orders, the first one was given by mistake and turned out to be the Crown next to it. The second one was at Voco. The Crown front desk coordinated and we stayed at the Crown.
