Centrally located hotel within walking distance to a metro station. Concierge service was excellent and hotel also provided two free bottles of water in the room.

Extremely good location. Surrounded by many shopping centers, groceries and restaurants. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel for free is good too.

The room is very close to the Sun Plaza and the theater, very convenient, and the opera subway station is just outside the door

The room is good, the food is good, the transportation is convenient, there is a direct subway, the distance from the stadium and the station is very convenient, it is very easy to buy a day ticket in Madrid according to your itinerary! Will stay at this hotel next time

Overall, it’s okay, there are toiletries, it’s convenient to get away from the city center, and it’s very close to the Royal Palace, Plaza del Sol, and Opera House. At night in Madrid, you can feel the hustle and bustle of fireworks

The room is small but well-equipped. Very clean and new.

The location is great

In this hotel, there is no hot air conditioner and heating in winter. The hot air conditioner is turned on for one night, and the whole room is still cold. No matter how it is set, the air conditioner blows cold air.

The location of this hotel is wonderful if you want to be in easy walking distance of all the tourist sites. It's located just off the opera house but the side street is very quiet. We were close to the palace as well as the Plaza Mayor. The room is spacious enough and decorated very nicely. Our room AC wasn't very good - as most of the time it said it was running and set on 20c (68f) but never felt that cool and was very stuffy. I would open the window but there were no screens so you couldn't keep it open and there was no breeze as the room was an interior room. I don't understand the shower situation. There is a glass enclosure but it doesn't close completely so the floor always becomes wet and slippery despite how you use/position the shower spray - water pressure is great through. It was an enjoyable stay overall

Nice hotel but extremely small rooms. Very clean, nice breakfast buffet. Delicious coffee, asst meats & cheeses, breads , fruits and juices. Comfortable beds too! I just wish it was a bit more spacious, as the 2 of us were tripping over each other!
