Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc.
Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome.
Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service.
The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional.
The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided.
Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies.
Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

I wanted to extend my stay for another three nights, they didn't cooperate with me, they told me to apply through the hotel website, but that didn't work either, but everything else was fine.

The hotel is in a good location, only 5 minutes walk from two subway stations. It is convenient to eat around, and the food store is only 7-8 minutes walk. The room is moderate in size and the bathroom is in excellent condition. There is a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room
