The hotel was great, it was clean, the staff provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was good. The only downfalls were that there is not enough sun loungers and the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment as it was going to be a major part of my plans there. But is was uncomfortably cold.

The hotel and breakfast are very good. The staff is very friendly.
One thing to note is the "swimming pool"... It is not really a pool, it is a jacuzzi that does not work properly.... I initially booked this hotel only because of the supposed pool that I could not use because it is disgusting, but it was worth it because the hotel is very good.... thank you

Good value for money. I think the most notable thing about the hotel is the location. In the center of Madrid, a few minutes from all the most important tourist spots.
