Very nice hotel, everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, the hotels are very quiet, despite the fact that it is the center. Very good location. I will recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is very well located one block from Gran Vía and the Callao metro station, clean with 24-hour reception service and buffet breakfast. I recommend it!

The hotel is in the real center of Madrid. After staying for two days, I found that Puerta del Sol, Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, and San Miguel Market are all within walking distance, and closer to the British Department Store. really convenient

The advertisement photo is totally different from the actual store. It is suspected of fraudulent advertising. Because of this, I got lost near the hotel at night. I asked many locals and they said they had never seen this hotel (photo). Even if someone roughly pointed in the direction (nonsense), it was still very difficult to find.

The room is relatively small and expensive, but the location is very convenient. It is very close to attractions such as Plaza del Sol, Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace. It is recommended.

A great central location. Nice bar adjoining the hotel. Rooms a little compact, but very clean and warm, it’s winter in Madrid so it’s cold. Traditional furnishings and decor. Breakfast was fine, maybe could do with more space for diners as it was very full and people were queuing for tables.

A great hotel with buffet breakfast . The rooms are clean but there’s not much amenities like a kettle , body lotion etc . There is a comb provided haha 😂 If you need an iron just ask reception and they will provide with an ironing board. Can be a bit noisy as it’s right in Madrid central but that’s easily overcome when you’re tired walking this beautiful lively city. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants about.

Great location, very close to Puerta del Sol. Staff are exceptionally friendly, especially the gentleman who checked us in at 1:00 a.m. and the man who checked us out. Good size clean room. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Fridge and a safe in the room. Quiet (except for one guest who shook the building banging shut their door. But at least that was at 08:10). Excellent WiFi. Breakfast is average, redeemed by the fresh fruit selection. The menu del dia lunch at the attached dNorte restaurant was very good. We would stay here again.

Location wise this is great hotel. Very close to metro stations and with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The room we had was larger than we expected and the beds were very comfortable. There's plenty of storage space and it's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that had enough towels for 3 guests without us having to ask for more. We had a fold down bed for our son but it didn't quite fit in the space assigned for it. This left a sizeable gap between the head of the bed and the wall. Whilst this wasn't too much of an issue for us personally, a smaller, more fidgety child could possibly end up falling backwards out the bed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was reasonable. There wasn't much choice but they did have the basics. What I feel let the hotel down was the staff, particularly at reception. They never once engaged with us. We would pass them several times a day and they would never look up from the desk or acknowledge us in any way. Whilst I wouldn't expect a full blown conversation every time, I did feel even a hello or simply a nod of the head would have been nice. Instead it just felt quite unwelcoming. Even at checking out all we got was an 'okay'. No 'how was your stay' or 'goodbye' just 'okay'. It made me feel like we were almost unwanted. It's due to this that I probably wouldn't recommend staying here. Whilst tourists can be annoying amd hard work at times (I say that as someone who works with them!) you should never make them feel unwanted and even the most basic customer service such as saying hello isn't difficult to do. In this, this hotel failed.

Great Hotel for the price , centrally situated , minutes from the Gran via, very friendly staff all helpful ,in the bar next door everyone was very helpful except one gentleman who forgot it was his job to serve us in a manner becoming to the smashing hotel , instead of initiating the feeling that he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want you to be there to the point of arrogance and rudeness there was no need for it , but to finish on a good note everything else was absolutely brilliant

Located next to the Gran Via, this lovely city centre hotel in Calle Abada is ideally situated for a stay in the city. First impression on arriving was how spotlessly clean it is, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. There are six floors with two lifts and a breakfast room downstairs (press -1 on the lift) Based on my personal experience there, the bedrooms were a good size, nicely furnished, with a decent sized bathroom, air-con, phone, extremely comfortable good sized beds, wi-fi and a tv that actually worked. The breakfast room downstairs provided a good choice of buffet style food which was served between 07:30 - 10:30. There is also a small restaurant accessed from stairs beside the bar. The reception area was large with ample comfortable seating and very tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. Although located on a very narrow street, the reception staff would willingly order you a taxi if needed. Again, based on my experience of a three night stay, I would certainly recommend it and would definitely use it again as my base in Madrid

Well located hotel with very friendly reception team. The room was extremely spacious with a very large double bed and sizeable bathroom. Well cleaned room, towels refreshed daily and breakfast was very good. The hotel is not too far away from many bars/restaurants. Arrived by train from Malaga and white car taxi service from Atocha was around 15€ and back was around 8€ in an Uber.
