It’s really hard to find but once you know how to enter the building it’s fine. Amazing location with restaurants very close. The room was clean.

The location is very good, very close to Plaza de España, a few minutes walk, and there are many bars and restaurants around. The soundproofing of the room is really poor.

I didn't know that there was no 24-hour check-in, so I left my luggage early in the morning and tried to enter before midnight, but I was locked out and couldn't even get inside the building. A resident of the building let me in, but then I couldn't get in to the hostel door inside, so a local tourist who happened to be about to go out called the front desk and saved me. It was a very scary experience. I wish they would clearly display contact information in case of delays. The room wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos. It was just an average room. The power plug was hidden by the bed and I had to move it myself to use it. There was only one plug, and the other plugs were blocked so they couldn't be used. I didn't mind the noise from outside that much.

The hotel is located in the heart of Madrid's old town, near Plaza Mayor, and it's no problem to walk to various attractions and art galleries.
