The hotel is very Eco-friendly! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was compact and well organised with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. Very handy location to the train station and buses. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

You can get amenities at the front desk, but I wish they were in the room from the start.
There is no refrigerator or kettle.

The hotel is conveniently located, 7-8 minutes away from Atocha Station. Airport bus No. 203 gets off at Atocha Station. The hotel staff has a good service attitude and enthusiastically introduces the room facilities. It is clean and hygienic, except for the dim lighting in the corner of the desk in the room.

This was the cleanest, friendliest, and best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Spain! The hotel was also very clean and had all the amenities. There was a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The front desk staff were also very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it! I was happy to see a welcome card and cookies when I entered the room!

This hotel has no star rating but is highly recommended. As the name suggests, it is near the train station. The hotel is located next to Madrid Atocha Train Station, a 5-minute walk from the train station and not far from Retiro Park. The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. There is free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby, and the hotel's breakfast is very rich for Europe. We returned the car at Atocha Train Station and took the high-speed train to Barcelona the next day, so we chose this hotel for a one-night stop. We didn't expect to have found a treasure.

Very good location and walking distance to train station.
Cons: The room is really very small, can’t even fix a an open baggage.
Room does not have a complementary water. Purchase a coke from front desk and cost Euro 1.50 which is very costly from the tap (no free flow or 2nd serving) . A can of 330ml coke cost Euro 2.50

I came to Madrid to take my university exams and I really liked it. The room is small, but sufficient, modern and clean. It has a good breakfast and the service has been great. I would return.

It was close to the station and within walking distance of famous art museums. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and on the days when we went out sightseeing early in the morning, they prepared a picnic-style breakfast for us.
I had a single room, but it was very small. But I was satisfied because I was focused on sightseeing.
