The hotel has complete facilities ~ considerate service ~ friendly and warm ~
It is worth mentioning the toiletries: L’Occitane’s ~yyds
The service staff also provided considerate turndown service and presented L'Occitane hand cream~very nice~
The room comes with free mineral water~
The only drawback is that the street leading from the hotel to the roadside smells like urine...very disgusting~ (the hotel entrance is in the alley)

We booked two rooms, the sheets in the first room were dirty, and the floor in the next room was dirty again. The water in the kettle in the second room was left over from the previous room and was not cleaned up. In short, the hygiene is very poor, and the hotel lobby is very beautiful.

Visited to see Rizal bust during our Rizal walking tour and met their very friendly staff Nuria and Christine. Trief their delicious croquets torrenzno and fideua de calamare. We will definitely book our hotel here next time we go to Madrid. Muchos gracias

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The rooms are great, the breakfast fantastic, but it's the SERVICE that is second to none (literally). The staff are fantastic and genuinely want your stay to be the best. Special shout out to Annia, who spent an afternoon helping me and transformed my holiday completely. I also need to mention Lorena, concierge extraodinaire who was brilliant and Sandro, the best ever doorman. The hotel is super quiet, has great air conditioning, wonderfully located and if all this isn't enough - there's also a lolly bar!

Amazing hotel and the location was perfect, thanks for the amazing staff, (prince) he was wonderful, thanks for team of concierge for making things easy for me. Clean rooms and amazing 24/7 room service, there is a spa but I could not see it unfortunately because I’m busy.

We had the most delight full lunch at their lobby cafe. Everything was delicious! Their really deserve a Michelin star. Staff were also all very warm and welcoming. The ambience was also very relaxing. Shout out to our kababayan Christine. Thank you!!!
