My stay at Bob was very pleasant. At the beginning I struggled a bit with the check in since I wasn’t familiar with their fully automated service but once I figured out how that worked everything went smooth. I loved that they have a partnership with a well equipped gym so I was able to workout during my stay there. Location is very convenient and after I checked out they let me keep me keep my luggage at their storage room for the rest of the day. I would stay with them again and I really recommend it!

This place is simply brilliant. What I loved the most was that the staff was super friendly. Their attention to detail and this feeling of being home away from home was incredible. I am definitely coming here again

Amazing location right in the center of Madrid. Comfortable facilities, a smart decor and thoughtful extras! Would definitely stay in a Bob W property again.

The public kitchen provides fruits, milk, soy milk, etc. that can be taken according to personal needs. You can boil water and brew coffee with a French press in the room.

Location, online check-in, small but cozy.

Excellent choise , i hope to return and i Will stay in this location again. It si clean, the service is great .

Hotel is in a central spot in Madrid so was easy to walk to a number of the local attractions. Room was large and it was good to use the luggage storage facilities before and after my stay. Also was able to get laundry done before continuing travels.

I went with my dad and the location is perfect, everything is clean and Bob is an amazing host. We loved it and will definitely go again soon.

Strategic location, room big comfortable and clean, very quiet during the night. Also breakfast at Harina is good, even if not very cheap.Anyway, we would recommend Bob W absolutely!

It was ecxelent stay good localisation easy on line check in good breakfast in restaurant. We had a problem with toilet but Bob fixed it we moved to another apartment in the same localisation Thanks Gregory

We were there for four days and didn‘t have any problems. It‘s right in the middle of the city in e very lively quarter.

It’s a super place to stay, location and service was amazing, very responsive support, highly recommended place to stay in, were would definitely go again in Spain or any other location.

The best part of my stay was waking up every morning in such a beautiful apartment and going out to explore the lively and fun surroundings. It was truly a time filled with memorable and colorful moments!

I have stayed here many times before and I LOVE IT. Colourful, characterful and full of personal touches. I highly recommend :)
