Our first time to Madrid, but we got lucky with our lodging choice. Ayala 63 is in a great neighborhood, surrounded by good restaurants, bars, etc. a short walk away while also being walkable to all the major attractions. The room was large (2 BR) and fully appointed with modern appliances, with great bathrooms/showers and comfortable beds. The personnel who staffed the small lobby were all very friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions on places to go, making dinner reservations and calling us a taxi, and even going above and beyond to help us out with a minor emergency just as we were trying to check out and catch a train on our last morning. We were very glad to have stayed here and would look to book it again on a return visit!
