Good service and clean room

The room is clean. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The subway is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is a surprise and you can order hot dishes for free. Recommended

It's very remote and hard to find. It took me a long time to find it. It was really difficult.

We stayed two nights before flying out of Madrid. The rooms are not large but are modern and had everything we needed. We rented two rooms: one for the two of us and one for our teenager. It was very reasonably priced. We slept well with a hot shower in the morning. We didn't prepay for breakfast but purchased coffee and tea one morning and breakfast the next morning. Again, I felt a good value: three types of bread, cheese, meat, hot beverage, juice, fruit, yogurt, and a choice of a hot entree. The breakfast staff was so nice that they made the stay memorable. They also have available a limited selection of adult beverages later in the day. Although not in the tourist area, it is right down the street from a beautiful park and has a selection of restaurants close by. When returning to Madrid, we will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and good quality! We went to this hotel just for two nights, to visit Madrid as a weekend trip. Despite it's not in the city center, it had the metro really closed by, so 10 minutes and we were in the center of Madrid. The bedrooms are good for a short stay and the hotel is very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights whist visiting Madrid for a trade fair at IFEMA. The modern hotel is a short drive from both IFEMA and the airport as well as being close to Metro line 5. The hotel located in a quiet street with a number of good restaurants and bars in the surrounding area as well as a large park. Check-in was fast and the room was clean, simple, and modern in style. The Wi-Fi worked very well, as did the air-con. The shower was excellent with good power and temperature control. Expensive (€236 a night), especially as breakfast was extra; but then all the hotels in Madrid increase prices during the trade fairs, otherwise, I recommend the hotel.

Modern, clean hotel, rooms has everything you need, great for a few days sightseeing when you want a comfortable bed at the end of the day. Typical continental breakfast but more than enough to start off your day. Pleasant, helpful staff. Situated in the business area but close to metro with direct stops to city centre. As a solo female traveller felt perfectly safe in the area.

Hotel far from the center, there was no water for the shower and in addition it was cold, freezing on another day, there was no hot water... the breakfast was good, but the attendant, a lady, kept shouting at me in the lounge that it wasn't for anyone take no food, there is no infrastructure for tour groups, there was only one coffee machine and there was a huge queue.

Excellent service, we arrived late due to a train delay and it was great to arrive, everything was clean, the breakfast was spectacular, delicious, the staff was great, super attentive and friendly. Definitely a place to return.

A very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly, attentive, always eager to please. Hotel close to many places to eat, metro line 2 minutes away. Brilliant. All very affectionate and apologize to the rest of the staff, but special mention for Tamara. It's a love. (They all are).

Very good hotel, quiet, clean and welcoming staff, outside the center of Madrid but 3 minutes from a metro station. Very good full breakfast with savory and sweet options, and parking if you come by car. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent in all aspects: Staff, facilities and location. It has nothing to envy a 4*. Highlights: The kindness, diligence, professionalism, disposition and maximum attention of all the staff. For health reasons, I made a reservation with special conditions. They understood and attended to my situation perfectly. The director, Javier, went to great lengths to meet the requirements, even proactively taking some additional measures to make sure everything was correct. We stayed in a family room, very spacious, clean, modern and new. Provided with a safe, minibar and very large flat-screen TV. Very well located 5 minutes from the Suanzes metro stop that takes you to the center in 20-25 minutes. Many thanks to all the staff for making us have an unbeatable stay. We will repeat, without a doubt.
