非常滿意的一次酒店

The location is very good, right in the center of Madrid. There are not many places to visit in Madrid, and I can stumble across several attractions by strolling around the hotel. The hotel is worth its price. The service attitude of the lady who helped check in was super good, don't be nervous.

The room is not big, but very clean. Most importantly, it is convenient and safe to travel. It is on the pedestrian street, very lively, and you don't have to worry about being robbed. The hotel service is also good, the breakfast is delicious and the view is nice!

In the downtown area, the surrounding environment is relatively messy. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator, which makes you feel safe. The breakfast was misled.

The location is excellent, the hotel's service attitude is good, and the Real Madrid hat I left in the restaurant was found for me. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and the doorman is very enthusiastic to help call a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms are small.

This hotel is 5 star in every aspect. 1/ It is located in the heart of Madrid, more convenient than the Four Seasons. It is within walking distance of all attractions - the palace, the Prado Museum, the Sofia Museum, the Plaza de España... and there are also very good Spanish and Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is right above the Gran Via metro station. The only thing you need to be aware of is that its front door is on Calle Montera and not Gran Via, so tell the taxi or Uber driver that you are going to the Gran Via metro station and not Calle Montera 47, as that section of Calle Montera is a pedestrian street. Once you get off the Gran Via metro station at Gran Via, you only need to walk 30 meters to the hotel, which is on the left side of a McDonalds. 2/ It is a new hotel with great hardware (well-appointed rooms) and equally excellent software (service). 3/ Its rooftop bar is a must-go at sunset or other times, with a commanding view. 4/ Last but not least, the hotel staff are very friendly, from the general manager to the housekeeping manager to the restaurant staff to the bellboys, they are all very helpful and ready to cater to every need of the guests. All in all, it is a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay there and had a great time in Madrid.
