I stayed here because it was close to the airport.
You need to take a train and a bus from central Madrid. However, the shuttle bus runs in the morning and evening for 4 euros per person, which was convenient.
The staff at the front desk and restaurant were polite and provided great service, so it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Wasn't able to stay. Flight was delayed in the US and caused us to fly out the following day. I attempted to cancel and hopefully get a refund, but I was denied by the hotel.

The environment and facilities of the hotel are OK. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The hotel also provides airport shuttle for 5 Euros per person.
