Excellent location and service

excellent location good service breakfast a bit pricey though

The location is very good, the service is also very good, and the breakfast is great! The terrace room we booked has a first-class atmosphere, and the toiletries are also great! The aromatherapy in the lobby is very comfortable, five-star recommendation!

I booked a room for a client and I had already paid for it. The hotel front desk system did not find it. Fortunately, I arranged for staff to accompany the client to check in, otherwise it would have affected my client's experience. There was a problem with the account system of the international chain hotel. It is hard to understand.

The balcony is very impressive.

JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.

The service is average, but the location is good and convenient for visiting surrounding tourist attractions. The hardware facilities are average.

The entire staff, from the front desk, concierge and bellhops were amazing. We were there July 18-21st and my wife (who already had fallen and broken her wrist in Marbella earlier in the trip fell and broke her kneecap while touring Toledo on July 19th. Upon our return to the hotel, the staff was so helpful trying to make her comfortable. Frequent deliveries of ice bags, delivery of borrowed crutches and acewraps as well as topical anti inflammatory med until we left to go home were amazing! The manager, Mikaela delivered some herself! Beautiful hotel! Great amenities but amazing people!

Superb old building, plush, modern rooms, a good table, great central location close to everything: difficult to beat JW Marriott Madrid. Everyone is very friendly and efficient too, with a definite special thanks to Ricardo, the young, professional and hyper elegant Maître d’Hôtel at their restaurant.

Travelled in June as a couple for a long weekend in Madrid prior to an important business meeting. Arrived Friday morning and all was well, it went downhill from there. Services - not up to a five star city hotel at this price range. I’ve been using Marriot a lot recently because despite the properties often not having the local charm things just tend to work well. Not here and no longer will I be using Marriot. Firstly, this was expensive, paying luxury 5* money. On the Saturday morning we out in some dry cleaning and heard nothing. On Sunday, when we phoned them we were told ‘by the way we haven’t done anything with your dry cleaning because we can’t do it on the weekend and would have to wait for Monday’. At this price range not being able to arrange dry cleaning over a weekend in unacceptable. Not proactively messaging me about it so that I could find an alternative is worse. On top of that nothing else was good. The bed was too hard, the bathroom was tiny, the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable, the cocktails and canapés we had in the lobby bar were poor. Overall we were just constantly disappointed. A shame.

Outstanding hotel all around from the friendly professional employees to the perfect location to all the sites of old Madrid. The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and no outside noise was heard from the streets below. The bartender Fernando was awesome and Javier at the front door was very helpful as we had a language problem with our ride share driver. Hope to come back again someday!

Beautiful hotel, my room was all I required, spacious, beautiful interior, balcony views, Rm 117. Staff in all areas were amazing, professional. Hotel location is in the middle of down town, it was perfect. Gym area was very nice. I will definitely be returning. We visited for the TS Eras Tour.
