Hotel we went to because of a delayed flight, so I can't rate the surroundings, but I get the feeling that it is far from Madrid center to use it as a hotel for sightseeing, but for connections and taking flights it is perfect near the airport but it is needed vehicle to go. The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room. The buffet breakfast surprised me with the wide variety of things they had. The guys at the reception are very friendly and close, trying to help with everything we need.

Not a special center, but the subway is very convenient, no more than one transfer to the main place. Breakfast is basic and having fruit is an advantage. Convenience store and supermarket next door

Not far from the airport, there is a separate parking space, which is particularly good. The room is not big, the toilet has a light that keeps flashing, and I am too lazy to change it for one night. The bar on the first floor is 24 hours and the price is reasonable.

I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and tea, it is full of holiday. I will definitely stay again next time.

We stayed here for a weekend break, smooth check-in and staff were Brilliant and helpful,hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and spoilt with the view of Madrid,view bar was fabulous,wifi was brilliant and breakfast was wow especially the omelettes, will be definitely be returning, thanks Riu Plaza for a brilliant break

The location is great. The breakfast is very complete. The only negative is that you can hear those staying in the rooms next door. I have been in three different rooms and in two of them the windows did not close properly and in one of the rooms the door was damaged. The hotel staff is very helpful.

The location is perfect but if you’re using a can it could be a bit tricky as the cars can’t go drive on the street except for permitted ones(?) so you’ll have to walk a bit with a suitcase to the hotel and also when you call a cab you have to go to the main road. But if you’re ok with that the rest is pretty amazing! The hotel is quite modern and great for young people and solo travelers.

The room had a high ceiling and an open feel. Not only was it clean to begin with, but it was thoroughly cleaned every day, so the whole family was able to spend their time with peace of mind. It was nice to have all the amenities and bathrobes available. Although the location is good, it can be a little noisy. It had double glazed windows. There are a lot of paid alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator, making it difficult to keep the food you bought cold. Breakfast had a wide variety and the service was good. It was fun to have a choice of fruit and bread. Personally, I wish there were more salads and vegetables other than stick vegetables.
