Worst hotel, there are many better options available in Madurai. I book this hotel but need to cancel my reservation due to some unavoidable circumstances. I email and call hotel mgmt. prior but they didn't refund the amount. I suggest people to go for TTDC chain of hotels as they have all process so simplified and good.

Not bad, I would say better than many.
my check-in was troublesome, as the reciption was not able to find my resarvation, that he did after 10 or 15 minutes. Rest of the staff was quite friendily but as they have their own 'travel agency' it seems to me that on one was willgly direct me to a sport.... instead they direct me to their 'agency' but I don't mind going there again if I go to Madurai again.

Fulfilled our needs... eventually
The hotel was OK and fulfilled our needs, eventually. The front desk staff were very slow and disorganized. We had to ask them for things 2 or 3 times before they responded to us. And our Landry was lost for several hours before they returned it to us.

Bad expereince!!!
Location was hopeless... small roads and highly congested... no food facility in house...parking to be done far away.Charges exorbitant for the facility
