The stay was ok only No customer service is good, room service is not good, order tea waited for an hour and it was not delivered until the checkout, we booked triple bed room and ac didn't work, we asked them check on it but they showed up after numerous calls and a visit to reception and they said we will be back and they did not come and we had sleepless night coz of their wonderful service. During checkout we asked them about the poor service and the staffs felt sorry and they said they can't do anything. The management is worst to core.

Booked in on 15/5/2023 for 3 nights stay. Arrived to a not cleaned room. Had to ring them to organise to clean toilets, mop floor and change the bed sheets. Then the air-conditioning didn't cool the room even after 30mins. Had to call Staff to check multiple times on this issue. Then WiFi router was just outside the room but once l enter the room wifi was not getting connected. Had to call staff again to check. The hotel manager (Kavitha) was telling off staffs when she came across their poor decision making skills in her absence but we felt she should have given them the authority or be available to answer of contacted. The end result over my 3 day stay l had to spend money to buy my own portable modem and an electric kettle to boil my own water because the hotel only provides hot water after 8am. During check out the reception staff (Radha) accused us of getting a key from them and not returning it when they had only issued a key card. My husband had to argue and ask to see the CCTV footage to prove that he had only received a key card and no other actual keys. That was certainly a stressful check out. Never would l recommend this hotel to anyone who needs internet and comfortable stay. Although they are near amenities.

1. Worst hotel to stay 2. Though we arrived at hotel on time and booked 2 rooms for 4 days, they made us wait for 2 hours to checkin, 3. And they said rooms being cleaned and made us wait from 10PM for 2 hours. 4.Staffs were very rude. not customer friendly 5. Rooms were not clean, Pillows, bedsheets and towels were dirty. 6. Room service was horrible, as they dont clean the rooms, or even clear the dustbins daily in rooms and bathrooms. 7.Staffs do not know what to do 8.No water bottles were given 9.Overall a horrible experience to stay at this hotel

I booked a double occupancy room. They insisted to pay the whole amount of Rs.2300/- upfront and when I checked-in, the room was terrible, trash all around, filthy and soiled toilet seats and water / urine on the floor, bad body odor smell on the bed sheets, some. When I complained, staff acted rudely and refused to return the payment and later after two weeks they repaid only 50% amount and cheated me.

Treating as prison, Room payment: i stayed lot of hotels but here only blocking the room if not paying money daily I planned to stay buisness trip for 10 days but continuously 2 days blocked room i went to manager and asked he treating as me pay the money for next day otherwise not allow then i pay the money and changed hotel for next 8 days, Service: Once you call any help they will not cooperate😭 like room service food ordering soap brush etc Room: Tap is broken If we went out and return to room our room used by some other i noticed
