Bathroom taps were rusted. Changed the room. Next room ac was noisy. Changed the room again. Third room was good. Complementary breakfast was very good. Staff were obliging and supportive.

The hotel has a peculiar way of calculating the staying period. Hotel calculates this from the exact time you check in to check out. In this case i had missed my scheduled train so landed up 7:30am of the next day. So the first night i actually didn't occupy the room. Second night of the occupancy the hotel called me and reminded me that i had to checkout at 7:30 am, which was their way of calculating 24 hrs, where as i had actually paid till second day noon. I had to do all the explaining and then they agreed. Room is neat and so also the toilet, breakfast food provided was decent.

Reception is good. No covered parking. Room is of small size in spite of higher rent. Room flush out not working properly. We normally drink tea in the early morning by 6. 30am but not available here.

Nice stay at hotel annamalai in madurai. Reception is good. Room is cleaned properly but the dust bin was not properly emptied. Car parking is provided.

The breakfast hasn’t started at 7. 30 am as promised. Vegetarian people can’t tolerate the non-veg smell in the restaurant area. The seating area was not cleaned properly before breakfast the lights in bathroom was hanging and not fixed properly did not keep sufficient milk sachets / tea bags for 4 people room
the fan was making noise no toilet papers / tissues kept in the bathroom the hotel location and bedding was good and clean

Had comfortable stay at this hotel
tasty food clean room
only minus point was. They didnt gave me water bottle for three days. They gave for two days only whereas i stayed for three days. Water was leaking from the taps
