We had to checkout room at 7 am so we asked hotel staff to provide breakfast for our 3 year old son at 6:45. They were so insensitive that they were both calling each other on phone and not giving proper reply. Just packing 2 idlis should not have troubled them so much but because of their behaviour we faced a lot of issue.

4. The hotel and staff were very courteous. The rooms were near although a bit small, only downside was elevator was not working during our 1st day of stay there.
