the bar incharge was very good, overall it was a comfortable stay. the hotel is close to the Airport and the city also. it was a new hotel. the dining areas were huge and the furnitue in yhe restaurants were comfortable. receeption area could have been a little more bigger. the staff were all looking pleasant and helpful with good manners.

JJENNIFERall went by smoothly until the 4th night when the ceiling lamp became loose and fell on me while i was asleep! the housekeeping did not wash the toilet properly, did not top up the tissues or the toilet roll at all. we were left with a rather unpleasant stay in this place.

To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

upon arrival, we were welcomed by name as we were repeat guests. there is a pillow menu. the hotel uses earth-friendly measures - disposable toiletries made from sustainable/recyceble materials. food in buffet breakfast is really tasty. Ask staff for the menu in kitchen for freshly-made thosai/eggs/poori etc. The staff willingly inform the best milk/decoction raitio for their good coffee. there are daily local newspapers and housekeeping gives free refills on fruit and tasty in-house cookies! we were treated to a free dinner as we were repeat guests of the hotel and the current theme celebrating ”pandia naadu” has a beautiful spread. very polite staff every where thourghout stay. highly recommend.

There was a problem with the room when I arrived but when I complained the front desk staff moved me immediately. However the next room had a big problem with a very strong drain smell coming from the bathroom. Come on guys, sort this out. The staff try so hard to make the stay memorable but then there is a problem like this which is easy to fix. I have given four stars, not three, as the staff are so kind and helpful.

GGuest UserSeeing all the bad reviews i was a little worried when i came here, but honestly for me everything was fine. Bed sheets and towel seemed clean, toilet was clean, bathroom was fine. The fan was working and it was even pretty quiet at night. So i definitely didn't have the terrible experience that some reviews describe. Maybe they gave me one of the better rooms because i'm a foreigner, i don't know. Of course it's not a luxury hotel, it's simple, but i was satisfied with it.

Vvenkateshn2020We had booked a room at this Hotel for Aug 19th on the Hotel's website and had paid an advance of Rs.1000. We had an email confirmation received for our booking also. However, on arriving at the Hotel on 19th, we were informed that they cannot give us a room because of some ongoing event in Madurai. Not only that, till date, they have not refunded the booking advance despite emails and phone calls. However, I am grateful to one gentleman at the Hotel who was kind enough to point us to another alternate Hotel which had a room available where we could stay that night. If they had constraints for which they were canceling our reservation, they could have easily informed us on phone or email they won't be able to honour the reservation and should have returned the booking advance. Clearly, the Hotel does not think either one is necessary.
