Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. Hotel Grand Sabarees is conveniently loacted with close proximity to the Railway station, good vegetarian restaurants and Meenakshi temple. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff are very courteous and try their best to help the guests feel comfortable. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in by an hour. The rooms are small and compact, nealy maintained and the bathrooms are also maintained very clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. Food from outside is allowed to be taken to the rooms - no in house restaurant is available - however, some good restaurants are available in close proximity. The railway station is walkable and so is the bus stand. We would prefer this stay when we travel to Madurai.

Very clean and excellent customer service from every single staff member. All the staff were very helpful and assisted with our requests. Room service and breakfast buffet were also delicious and contained a very good variety of vegetarian options. Will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madurai, especially international guests.

We stayed at hotel for 1 night and I would say it's the best property to stay in Madurai. 1. Best location 2. Great amenities 3. Best service by all staff 4. Rooms are absolutely stunning. 5. We asked for diaper for our baby that was also provided without any additional charges.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
