My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. The staffs were so friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Hotel Grand Sabarees is conveniently loacted with close proximity to the Railway station, good vegetarian restaurants and Meenakshi temple. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff are very courteous and try their best to help the guests feel comfortable. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in by an hour. The rooms are small and compact, nealy maintained and the bathrooms are also maintained very clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. Food from outside is allowed to be taken to the rooms - no in house restaurant is available - however, some good restaurants are available in close proximity. The railway station is walkable and so is the bus stand. We would prefer this stay when we travel to Madurai.

all went by smoothly until the 4th night when the ceiling lamp became loose and fell on me while i was asleep! the housekeeping did not wash the toilet properly, did not top up the tissues or the toilet roll at all. we were left with a rather unpleasant stay in this place.

Neat and clean room with a very good spread of breakfast. Service is very quick and reliable. The location is bit inside but a safe place to stay with family. The hotel has everything you need from Spa to bar. They have well trained staff to take care of guests. Parking is also available

It was one of the nice stay with pk r residence, one of the decent rooms i have ever visited, preferable. Value for money

Hotel is very clean and amenities are well matained. All the staff are well-trained and pleasant to all guests. Food was superb! We ordered the mutton chukka, fried corn and stir fried spicy prawn. Special shout out to Leini, Mathu and Dinesh for their exceptional service and consideration to details. The cocktails were also yummy (Kodi Parukuthu). The in-house DJ Zdyn was awesome with his music spinning. Full on Tamil music later at night. Keep up the great work GRT Madurai!

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
