Good service. We booked at 8 pm and checked in really late at 1 am, but there were a few staff to assist us at the lobby. When we asked for some drinks at night, they still serviced us kindly. Really nice people. I am not a fan of loft style, so I felt the room was not clean enough

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The room was renovate with a bit of fragment here and there but overall was good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Water was good and worked well. The bathroom floor was not at all slippery even wet. This is good for elderly. My suggestion for the hotel is to look more about mosquitoes and ant. I found a couple of mosquitoes and an ant on the bed. With that in mind for hotel maid, overall stay was pleasant one and will be back again. Oh Did I mention that the reception was nice and helpful. There is also a live cat lying around to welcome visitors at all time.

Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

It was a good location and the room was huge. It was also nicely decorated in an old Thai style which made it a very ambient place to stay. However, it’s very dated and clearly hasn’t had any upgrades. The bathroom was horrible and while technically it has been cleaned, there was so much mould in the shower tiles and a huge section of the ceiling was mouldy as well. It was not pleasant to go there especially as it’s where you want to go to get clean.

The location of the travel is very fresh, close to the drinking and eating places of Nimman Road. Breakfast serves food above sticky rice, Nam Prik Nam, grilled with stew, Khao Soi, sticky rice, sticky rice, fish-page noodles, grilled sticky rice with 芋 and porridge, like staying at home and someone goes to buy delicious things. The room was clean, the bed was big and the amenities were basic (tea and coffee, water etc) but there’s no real effort to wow the customer, and although staff do respond to requests, they aren’t very proactive. The restaurant is large and the menu is quite extensive but almost nothing for vegetarians or vegans, and despite three requests to have a veggie breakfast, we still had to explain it all over again the next morning to kitchen staff. The buffet is standard and not much to get excited about. The hotel was generally quiet. Overall, an average stay, not too bad, not too good but if you are in Lamphun you might want to consider it, due to its proximity to the railway station (10 minutes)
