This is a boutique hotel in the United States, the room is not much, but it makes people shine. Warmly furnished, natural, comfortable, clean and convenient. It is indeed beyond my original imagination. The boss is a local Chinese, very gentle, hospitable, and occasionally invited me to play badminton next time. This price, this service, very satisfied, all five stars.

Very spacious room with balcony kitchen and 2 washrooms. The room was very elegant modern and extremely clean. The Balcony had amazing views of mountains and the valley below. We have enjoyed our stay and we will be back again to this resort anytime we are in Mae Sai

I got the King room with a view. The toom was nice and big and light, and had a good feel to it. Water and snacks were free. The room was also nice and clean. The location was ok. About 5 minutes drive from the border with Myanmar or 40 minutes walk. It was nice to wake up to the sound of birds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

The boss's sister is very good, pick us up and out! The house is very good, very clean and the breakfast is very good.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Very nice hosts, easy to communicate. The room looked and felt like it was renovated yesterday. Super clean, incredible private balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains! Breakfast each morning was substantial, delicious and varied with excellent coffee. My hosts were always reachable and ready to help with any local frictions and advice. I will definitely be coming back in the future

The room is very spacious, divided into a living room, bedroom, and a very spacious bathroom. For travel, it is recommended to go to the hotel by the main road because if you follow the GPS, you will have to pass through rice fields and small roads that are rural.

It's good, but it lacks a lot of things. If it's a sink, it's fine. I don't know if there's a hair dryer, but there's a pool. I think I'd like to wash my hair after swimming, but I don't see a dryer. I'm hiding in the customer area, but I can walk out and get on. I walked to 7-Eleven for about 5 minutes.

Located near Mae Sai immigration, it's convenient for sightseeing. The room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, making it comfortable. However, be careful as there were many small ants on the towels and in the room. The front desk staff were friendly, guiding us to our room and chatting with us when we left.
