Alles sehr gut! Leider kann der Pool nur mit Extra Karte und Extra Zahlung genutzt werden ( das ist im Maritim drin!!) — ist so unpraktisch, auch weil man vor geschlossener Türe steht , im Pyjama / Badedress..

Wi hatten in diesem Hotel für eine Woche gebucht, um uns die Stadt Magdeburg anzuschauen. Wir hatten 3 Monate im voraus online reserviert und alle klappte vorzüglich. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Lage dieses Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt im Herrenkrugpark, sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Parkplätze für das gute Stück sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch einige zum Hotel gehörige, aber kostenpflichtige Stellplätze sind direkt gegenüber der Rezeption. Diese werden abends um 22.00 Uhr auch verschlossen. Das schönste aber, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat ist eine Endhaltestelle der Waldstraßenbahn Linie Nr. 6, die einen in 12 Minuten vom Hotel zum Marktplatz bringt. Das Frühstück ist sensationell gut, nichts fehlt. Danach hat man dann für den ganzen Tag gute Laune. Diese Hotel kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. bdzons

Alles zufriedenstellend. Mein Zimmer war fast gegenüber der Tür zum Treppenhaus und war sehr laut Abends. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Eigentlich war es ein gutes Business Hotel mit hohen Niveau. Jedoch war ich dieses Mal in den historischen Gebäude untergebracht....:
1. Der gesamte Flur roch wie eine Raucherkneipe am Tag danach ( Also extrem kalter Rauch). Angeblich ist der Lüfter in dem Raucherraum seit längerer Zeit schon defekt. Aber ganz ehrlich, auf dem Niveau das das Hotel eigentlich haben sollte, wäre es besser gar keine Gäste in das Gebäude zu lassen. Zumal auch noch Teppich überall liegt und sich der Geruch festsetzt... .
Die Zimmeer sind nicht zu vergleichen mit den neuen in den anderen Gebäuden. Einzig die Matrazen sind gut.
2. Morgens beim Duschen viel erst der Duschschlauch von der Mischbatterie und konnte nur durch das Housekeeping repariert werden. Somit verlor man noch zusätzlich Zeit für die Weiterreise.
Nach Reparatur des Schlauches , stelle sich heraus, daß auch die Heißwasserleitung defekt war, somit bot mir aber glücklicherweise das Housekeeping sofort das Nachbarzimmer zum Duschen an .
3. Auf der Hotels. com Plattform gabe es noch BusinessZimmer bei dem Zeitpunkt meiner Nachfrage ob ein kostenloses Upgrade möglich wäre (Gold Vorteile) . Das wurde aber verneint, da es keine Zimmer mehr gebe . War also gelogen. Schade, anscheinend verschlechtert sich das Managment zunehmend dort.....
