the hotel is very strategic,located in the central of Magelang. As a 4 stars hotel, the responsiveness and the cleaness are still need an improvement. The facilities especially lift need to be considered bcs the lift is not maintain well

Rooms are very comfortable. Complete facilities, gym and swimming pool available. Strategic location near Artos mall.

So far the hotel is good. Nice comfortable. Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom. However, the TV is an old school LCD TV. Needs to be replaced with today's TV which is full of facilities. Location Close to the mall. However, the location is prone to traffic jams. It's difficult to get in or out of the hotel. Just a suggestion for hotel security officers to stand by in front of the entrance and exit gates so that hotel residents can easily enter or leave the hotel.

The condition of the pillows is very thin, the cooling level of the AC is not optimal, there is a lack of bellboys and breakfast that is not special for a 4 star class hotel
