The rooms and hallways have random wet spots that DO NOT dry. The mattress covers kept coming off ever time me or my wife moved. The breakfast was absolutely garbage and the pictures and site show a hot tub however it was removed. I got to the hotel the night desk clerk was nice but I paid in advance but they charged me again even after showing where it had pulled from my account. The daytime guy was more concerned with his cell phone rather than me. And I highly recommend staying out of the elevator, I happen to be up against the door when going up and it opened half way when we were between floors but it did close again. There are bleach stains in front of each room from the cleaning crew and the plumbing in both my room and my inlaws room was terrible. I prefer to stay at la quinta when we travel but I won't be staying at this one EVER again.

My daughter got married that night, had family in town and wanted to visit. Everything at the hotel was great. Only suggestion would be to get another waffle machine. Desk staff we very friendly and accommodating.

Short stay for a family gathering in the area. The staff were exceptional, the hotel common areas were neat and clean, the room was acceptable and the only complaint was the bathroom was showing signs of wear and in need of an upgrade. This last comment is more an observation and recommendation. My room was located directly across the hall from the elevator and the constant arrivals and departures were fairly disturbing and did affect sleep quality. So, I’d recommend asking where the room being assigned was and changing it if noise is an issue.

Clean and nice quiet room. Good bed and pillows. Don't expect to use the exercise room since the equipment doesn't work. If you need strong wifi bring your own hot spot. The site was in a good location for us.

Good rate but very average. No a/c in small fitness area.Room a/c was good. Breakfast was spartan. Did have waffles.Eggs were tasteless. Elevator slow. Nice fridge in all non-smoking rooms. Good location near amenitues. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning Lots of free parking.

Great location Stain on sheets Tub would not drain Internet out TV did not work and front desk did not know how to help. Check in took forever because internet out but we were told it would be fixed soon.

I ended up here after the nearby Staybridge Suites-Tomball gave poor service (giant roaches that they don’t want to do anything about). The breakfast here is just so-so. So I took a point off for that. But the front desk is helpful and friendly and the room is clean and well laid out. We ended up staying 2 nights, 2 different weeks, and both were uneventful. Both rooms were quiet. The location is easy to get to, parking was easy. I felt safe.

This is a great hotel to stay at in the area and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The only thing I wish was for a bigger/healthier breakfast. There is a large area for breakfast. We will be returning.
