Friendly staff. Good location to park, only 10 min on free shuttle bus. Would stay again.

The hotel was great and so nice. It was lovely. Free shuttle to disneyland too even at night till around 11-12pm which is a convenient. The staffs are helpful. The decorations and environment was pretty and relaxing

Some of the dishes in the restorant were broken or not clean The service was usually OK Not every body speaks English in the service staff Facilities were ok

Is good location with shuttle to Disneyland. Good interior design and with indoor pool.

Very nice hotel in keeping with the Disney theme. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean.

We had a nice and quick stay at Grand Magic Hotel. Highly recommended to families with kids (young toddlers specifically)

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

This hotel is lovely. The reception and downstairs is so lovely. Always smells so nice too. Room was huge! Unfortunately the bed and pillow were both really spongey which meant I woke up with a bad back and neck every day. Maybe that’s just my preference, but I think they need firmer mattresses. Breakfast wasn’t very good, again maybe that’s just the French breakfast. Not sure, I missed beans.

Absolutely wonderful ! Trip.com were amazing and the hotel was fab! Shuttle service was perfect. Only thing I would say is more options at breakfast (porridge, fruit etc) Can’t wait to be back!

The hotel is pleasant and in a quiet area, the staff were generally helpful although I couldn't get anyome to answer when calling from the room. My young daughters really loved the decor and small arcade room, and liked their bunk beds. The room was generally pleasant and clean and the only problem with it was a the non refrigerating refrigerator. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. The biggest issue, which is shared by the four hotels in that area, is the shuttle to the disney parks which wasn't nearly frequent enough, especially in the rush hours. Be warned trying to get back to the hotel exactly after the park closes! The shuttle platform was so crowded that people had to fight for a seat and we were nearly trampled by the crowd. Only after 4 buses, did we manage to get on by sheer luck. It was an extremely unpleasant experience especially for my young children

Hotel located closer to DisneyLand Paris. Food and service were poor regarding the ranking of the hotel. Cleanness was also poor and might be significantly improved. I’ll advise the B&B which is better for the price.

2nd stay & now my least favourite hotel in the Disney area. Rooms are basic, a lot of the new decoration is starting to peel off. Service was minimal. I don’t like how they leave you unattended in the luggage room or let you take whatever luggage. Breakfast was fairly decent. The imagery in the lounge was nice.

We loved to stay at this hotel, very conveniently located. Good thing was the free bus to Disneyland, which was about 5 minutes away.
