Property location is good. Rooms were okay. Could've been cleaner. Food quality was good. Room service was really bad. Rest of the amenities like spa, childrens play area were unusable. They should have option for electric kettles and tea coffee sachets in the room itself.

Property is good. Recently Under new management. Rooms have a beautiful view. Location is perfect near Venna lake. Ample car parking space. Cleaning needs to be improved. Rest all fine. Non veg was good in taste. Food quality needs improvement.

We visited on 22nd-24th April this month for our marriage anniversary. It was awesome experience. The ambience, service and manging authorities everything was just excellant. Especially I am very thankful to Piyush Ji and Trupti ji for great management of the venue and offcourse the service. Anyone wants to visit Mahabaleshwar just select this resort for couple days stay. Hats off for the service staff, they are very polite and helpful. What more to say this was our first visit to the resort. but we will surely visit next time. The view, the area the environment was very pleasant and chill due to near by lake. Our stay was very enjoyable and memorable.

Best hotel in Mahabaleshwar, we spent nice time with family. Food is good & staff is also very cooperative. We enjoyed a lot at Atulyam Spa & the swimming pool, lot's of things to do there. We recommend the hotel and service staff special thanks to Mr. Anuj very helpful

The Best hotel in Mahabaleshar. Excellent behaviour and service of hotel staff. The view is awsome from from cottage rooms. The hotel is perfect for any personal & professional trip. Highly recommend Will definitely visit next time whenever I come to Mahabaleshar.
