Very nice and cool, Rates are reasonable as compared to other hotels. Staff is very supporting Mr sufiyan.. Very supportive staff. Room are clean and hygienic location is very nice. Breakfast is fabulous every we enjoyed Good food.. Must enjoy 🙏🙏

Rooms are exceptionally superb with 24/7 hot water ,its true to its name ICEBERG since the entire hotel is always covered in dense fog.A big shoutout to sufiyan bhai and Golu for their hospitality and service. Venna lake another beauty is at a walking distance and nearby veg restaurant is a must try.

Amazing location, flexible checkin and checkout obviously beaded on previous and next booking they have. Nice outdoor seating area on ground floor and 1st floor. Kitchen fridge is accessible for storing your favourite drinks as last option. Veg and non veg restaurants just 1 minute walking distance. Wifi/television, electricity could be affected due to extreme weather conditions. Overall a nice property in budget.

We had excellent stay at ice berg, fresh and testy breakfast, clean rooms , family friendly and safe, all the major spots are nearby, they have provided very nice taxi services we will visit again special thanks to Mr sufiyan who help a lot during our stay thanks

Hotel was in a very good shape and the manager Sufiyan and his staff were very helpful and would ask for the feedback. Breakfast was always awesome but Tea needs to be improve as it would taste like milk water and WiFi was very bad. Frequent interruption. In today's time when people carry work you need a good WiFi at the hotel as the mobile coverage is not good in mahabaleshwar.

I was great stay we had we enjoyed every moment of our stay the foggy weather its like a heaven on earth the venna lake is very close by we went for morning walk we enjoyed the early morning vibes and foggy weather, hotel staff is very supportive break was delicious misal pav ,idli sambar ,poha straberry juice thanks
