This is a 4 BR bungalow but will book for even 7 couples. @ br are in the basement and 1BR is a converted br with no doors or walls or a bathroom. The basement br are so damp in this weather that they are not useable unless you want to fall sick the 1 br on the first floor (converted with putting a double bed) has no functional bathroom. The break fast is one prepared by the caretaker and tea or coffee. Asking for another cup of tea is possible only on request and after providing the caretaker with milk Cooking is not allowed and utensils are washed only twice a day. So if you call for food or make your tea be prepared to clean utensils. all 6 br donts have TV and some of them dont work as subscription is not paid for the same or the remote is missing or not working the hall claimed to be 1000 sqft is good and well furnished and the balcony is a treat. to sit. the approach road with untarred road and slope is driving test for the driver and the car the property is approx 8 km before Mahableshwar so ordering food from a restaurant is a challenge and almost with no choice but to order from the nearest restaurant. the nearest town is 2 kn towards panchgini so you need to use your vehicle should you need anything as the caretaker has no means to travel and therefore depends on your agility to drive down. Service from caretaker is too much to expect
