New apartments, we had 2 bedrooms and a living room, there are air conditioners everywhere. Clean linen. There is everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes. The location is right in the center, everything is around, close to the beach. The woman at the reception was very friendly, she told and explained everything. They gave me a bunch of towels and blankets. We checked in at 12 and calmly let us check out around 13. If only the cleaning had been improved a little, it would have been 5 out of 5 (although it was clear that the floor had been wiped), and I would have bought better toothbrush holders

Appartamento praticamente nuovo con tutti i comfort, il personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare ci ha accolto Christine Camille che ci ha poi aiutato a trovare un buon noleggio auto, una buona escursione e il taxi per l’aeroporto, la spiaggia nelle vicinanze raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi inoltre è una delle più belle in quanto essendo riparata da barriera il mare è sempre molto tranquillo. Raccomandatissimo

Personale molto disponibile e preparato, Cristine Camille e’ stata la nostra referente per il soggiorno, sempre risposta pronta e si è occupata sia del noleggio auto che di escursioni, consiglio di affidarsi senza timore. La struttura e’ praticamente nuova e ha tutti i confort. La spiaggia nelle vicinanze è una delle poche che anche con il mal tempo ha sempre il mare calmo. Consigliatissimo

Очень хорошие , главное, новые апартаменты со свежим ремонтом. Приветливый персонал, особенно Кристин, которая предоставила бесплатно ранний заезд и очень быстро выполняла все просьбы. Апартаменты просторные, с балкона вид на горы,поют птицы по утрам и вечерам. Рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов, лучший на острове рыбный супермаркет "Фиштек" и очень красивый пляж с кристальной чистой водой ,без волн.До пляжа пешком всего 5-7 минут. Отлично работает интернет .Хорошая уборка:сотрудники даже мыли всю посуду. На территории тихо и спокойно, при полной загруженности гостей в соседних номерах неслышно.

Stayed for3 night with friends, and the apartment was very spacious and modern. love the big kitchen, Christine on the reception was amazing catered to our every needs.. she is an asset the apartment, and was super nice of her to give us late checkout

Really well located, not far away from the beach and in the same area you have restaurants, shops, market, ATM, pharmacy etc. Basically all you need. The 2 bedroom apartment I've booked was big, super clean, nicely designed with a full fitted kitchen. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The staff is super professional, welcoming, nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place, and if I would ever come back in Mahe, I will for sure book another apartment here.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Comfortable kitchen. Large bathroom. Very clean. Daily cleaning. There is a grocery store on the first floor. Christina, the owner of the apartment, is very friendly. She helped us with the transfer from the airport and back. The neighborhood where the apartments are located is very convenient. Near stores, market, in 3 is a bus stop. The beach is clean, the best. On the beach there are small cafes where you can rent kayaks. We will come back here again. Thank you.

I have stay in ARC Suites in November 2023. The hotel is very modern new and well maintain. It is situated near restaurants, pharmacy, hospital and just down the building is a very nice café with amazing food. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk. The rooms are very spacious and have an operational kitchen with all modern and new appliances. I really also want to thank very much to Christine the manager and Chloé who were was extremely nice and accommodating. Christine called me early morning the day I was supposed to travel to Seychelles and told me that the driver she send to pick me up at the airport was informed that the flight was cancelled. My flight was rescheduled for the following day and Christine made sure I still have my room at no extra cost. Chloé was extremely welcoming and helpful and assisted me in booking tours and taxis. There are really many places to stay in Mahé but ARC Royales Suites remain outstanding when it comes to location, cleanliness and customer care.
