Very please to have stayed at the Hotel a second time in two years. It just gets better and better as we appreciate more about the resort the longer we stay. Defo going back again.

The Four Seasons Resort is as good as ever and I am very satisfied. Rustom at the front desk is kind, enthusiastic and understanding, and Angela, Sharon and Tracy at the lakeside restaurant are affable and smart. When I went to have lunch, the restaurant was empty. Angela and Sharon told me seriously that they were sorry, but the restaurant was closed and would reopen next year. I was a little confused. It didn’t look like it. The front desk told me that there was lunch, and the Buggy driver When they took me to the restaurant, they didn't say it was closed. The two beauties continued to fool me and said, "They don't know very well." When I was doubtful, they finally laughed and said, "we're just kidding you," and then took a seat and ordered. The meal was very delicious. It should be the most satisfying dish I have eaten in the Seychelles. It was a very interesting and great experience. When I checked out, I saw that the lunch was not charged, so I specifically reminded Rustom, and he told me it was free. It was a very interesting experience. The design of the villa is beyond words, it reflects the standard of Four Seasons. Although it is not cheap, it is worth the money.

Hill top villa, the scenery is great, especially the sunset, although it was cloudy when I stayed, and it was raining, but it was not too affected, the staff are super great and helpfull, perfect stay.

I travel extensively since almost 30 years, and seldomly come back to the same hotel twice. This is one of the rare exception to that, because I’ve really enjoyed 4S Seychelles the first time I visited it in 2015. This time, although the stay is still quite nice, there is something missing … For my second stay at 4S Seychelles, I choose a hilltop ocean view villa and the view over the bay Petite Anse is really stunning. The villa is well equipped, well maintained, I do not see that it’s getting older after 10 years. The 3 restaurants are quite OK, serving good food. Breakfast is great, even better than 10 years before, as far as I can remember. Spa is also fine. There is some complacency in the aquatic activities. When I was there, the 2 pedal boats were both broken and there are no snorkeling masks with corrected lens (when I was at 4S Landaa Giraavaru, they do have them, so it misled me in thinking it is the case also at 4S Seychelles). Beach service is still also not so present (same as the last time). But what is really missing to me is this so particular feeling that last time 4S Seychelles succeeded to convey in making me feel at home and cared for. This time the staff is still nice but definitely more impersonal. I felt like I am a mundane guest at a Hyatt or Marriott, not a 4S guest. May be because 4S Seychelles has grown too big, too “industrial” and has lost its soul ? One more thing, I do miss my “old friend”, a cute katiti which used to visit the spa terrace :-(

Simply astonishing!! Petite Anse is breathtaking and probably the best beach in Mahe. Everything is just great! From the buggy pick up, to the quality of food. We loved going there and highly recommend it - Lots of activities to do as a couple, or if you have kids

as someone who travels a lot for work, i've seen my fair share of hotels. but this one? it's in a league of its own. the attention to detail is insane - from the personalized welcome note to the perfectly pressed sheets. the staff are like mind readers, always one step ahead. and the business center? best i've ever used. seriously, if you're a road warrior like me, you need to check this place out. it's not just a hotel, it's like a home away from home

We stayed here for a week as a group of 5 guests, this is our 20th four seasons stay as we love the personal service and we came here after a safari. Whilst it is an absolutely beautiful spot and the rooms are great, the service is not up to the usual standard we have enjoyed. More detailed comments below in case it is helpful - thanks for reading and have a lovely holiday! Rooms - marginally dated but spacious and stunning views which make them feel fantastic. Massive word of warning on construction - we were originally placed in rooms overlooking heavy construction with ＞10 workers and loud drilling. Because there are lots of private residences the hotel has less control over this so specify that you want to avoid this. Food - One of the best breakfast set ups I’ve seen though service is slow and unreliable. The Japanese is great and (when open) we enjoyed the steak shack. Prices on wine are high here. Zez food was also good though again service was random - we were brought our starters and mains at the same time for example. Service - This was a disappointment for us honestly. It lacks the usual four seasons touches and there were quite a few slip ups for us in terms of struggling to order/get towels/mistakes in bookings… lots of nice staff but not the usual slick 4S operation. Buggy service was good though. Location is great in terms of the bay which is really beautiful, good snorkeling, we saw a whale shark. Half an hour from the airport so an easy transfer. Activities/Amenities: Kids club is nice, aircon, lots of toys… it isn’t up to the Maldives type of standard in terms of amazing activities for the children and my boys commented that the staff left them to it rather than playing with them. There are lots of fun water sports available which we enjoyed. Spa champagne in the evening is good though the spa generally wasn’t up to Malaysia/Maldives standards for our treatments… also it’s a shame it doesn’t make the most of the views in the treatment rooms. Beach and pool are beautiful but lack service, often no towels, no one checks if you’d like to order anything… Overall it is a very pretty property and a great place to spend a week… it’s just that we came away feeling it wasn’t good value for what we had and a bit disappointed v other 4S properties. Sorry to say!

I had an exceptional experience at Four Seasons Seychelles. The stunning location, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views made my stay unforgettable. The staff were truly amazing and caring, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, with their friendliness and attention to detail to make us very very satisfied My room was immaculate and comfortable, offering a beautiful ocean view. The dining experience was fantastic. The restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing every meal. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, eagerly anticipating my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay especially Assistant Manager Ashraf Saeed who has done a lot to make us happy and spent unforgettable time in Seychelles

We are so happy that we chose Four Seasons Resort to stay at in our honeymoon, The Resort is so beautiful, the Hill top villa view is amazing. Staff were really kind helpful and smiley. We Enjoyed every moment there. And we really recommend it for everyone wants to go to seychelles.

When you arrive to Seychelles they often tell you "welcome to paradise" and our stay at the Four Seasons in Seychelles was just that: a stay in paradise. The hotel is beautiful, camouflaged in a lush tropical garden. Staff makes you feel welcome and special whilst respecting your space. The beach is so beautiful it looks almost unreal (one of the best spots in Mahe for sure). And a special mention to breakfast which was without any doubt one of the best I have had in any luxury hotel. Totally worth the money we spent.

Where do I start? The staff are most probably the best place as they really do go above & beyond to make your stay so special & memorable. Indeed, having travelled the world in luxury accommodation for many years, 4S Seychelles stands out as one of the absolute best across the globe. Candidly speaking we did have some initial issues but these were completely forgotten about at the end of our 10 night stay. We were celebrating 3 very special occasions in one and I can honestly the hotel made these celebrations unforgettable in all the right ways. We had an ocean view villa which was spacious & immaculate. The whole resort had such a beautiful and calming ambience we spent a lot of time in the villa relaxing. The food is high end, world class and I must mention Mo, the restaurant manager who made us laugh & looked after us each morning at the excellent breakfast. Mo also arranged for us to have an indian meal knowing that we were fans (as he is !). Make sure you try the creole crab omelette at breakfast, the scrambled egg with truffles on toasted sourdough and don’t be afraid to ask for something off menu - we did and the chefs always excelled themselves. On certain days there are specials so make sure you ask. Our personal favourite was the crab cake eggs Benedict with spicy hollandaise, we would return for that alone! Nothing is off the table here the staff are literally determined to ensure you have everything you may want. A special mention to the incomparable Angela, our hostess at breakfast. The warmth, service & genuine nature of this wonderful lady made us look forward to breakfast just to spend time with her. She looked after us more than she probably knows, a true asset to the 4S and should definitely be promoted. Be prepared to try some of the best food in the world, the most stunning beach and more importantly some of the finest hospitality you’ll ever receive. Mary was a a warm & lovely resort manager whose team are a credit to her. In particular our good friend “Lebanese Mo” who also ensured our stay was full of beautiful surprises, treats & wonderful experiences. The housekeeping team were efficient to a military scale, constantly up keeping the villas (Tracy & Cyndi you girls are superstars). Also must mention Eros & his brother Damien who also made the effort to greet & converse with us every day. Definitely watch the sunset at the spa, Mo organised this for us twice and it’s stunning. All in all this was a holiday of a lifetime, the weather was fabulous, the resort is breathtaking, the food exemplary but the team were the true heroes.
