Если не обращать внимания на минусы и не ждать от бюджетного отеля морепродуктов на завтрак, то отель неплохой. Прилетели сюда по Фортуне 5 ультра всё включено, сначала даже немного разочаровались, но потом решили не заморачиваться и просто отдыхать.Море рядом,еда,бары,бассейны, водные горки, анимация всё есть. Зачем себе портить отдых выискивая недостатки и сравнивая с пятизвездочными отелями? Плюсы: еда(кормят очень хорошо) Персонал (вежливые, доброжелательные) Море в шаговой доступности (по подземному переходу) Хамам (хозяин хамама Эльдар просто великолепный человек!) Минусы: номера маленькие и грязные, в номере убирают плохо(деньги на кровати проблему не решают) Интернет платный и ооооочень плохо ловит Сейф платно Полотенца под депозит( хватает полотенец не всем)

The animation was entertaining every day, the guys all speak Russian very well and even sing karaoke for the guests in Russian. We went to a disco in their chain hotel nearby, so-so. I don’t recommend going here, it’s better to choose a city

We bought a tour to Klas Dom from the operator Anex tour. We arrived on July 16 at about 21:30, got off the bus, took our suitcase, and a man from the hotel came out to meet us and said that the hotel was not open and that we should go to another one. We were not even warned about the relocation. I had to rest somewhere else)

Then I went spontaneously. It was my first time flying to Turkey. I was shocked. I am a person who loves to eat and an omnivore. There was nothing to eat!!!! I ate greens and chicken. That's all. The same thing gets in the way every day and these buckets stand. The desserts all suck. Everything on the semolina has the same taste, it doesn’t matter which cake you take - red or blue, the taste will be the same. On top of that, the staff is terrible. They constantly roll up, this is the first moment. This also applies to animators. The second is that they behave rudely, they may not pour alcohol or pour a drop and give it. With a face like that.... guys, if you don’t have any money at all, it’s better not to go anywhere at all or add a little, just not this hotel!!!!!

To begin with, I would like to mention the manager Elona, ​​thank you for having such an employee at Pegas Touristik - she promptly answered questions and helped with choosing a hotel. But somehow we drove further from the tour operator "Compass", whose official representative in Turkey is Fit Holidays, and here the most interesting thing began... The hotel guide advised that it is better to take an excursion from them, since although their price is more expensive than the locals, but argued that - there is no question of canceling the excursion - the responsibility is that during the excursion they will not take us to all sorts of local points (wine, jewelry) - they will not waste our time on trifles, etc. . As a result, the day before, a couple of hours before departure, the excursion was canceled due to the lack of availability in the group... two people. But later the guide contacted us and said – there will be excursions to Pamukkale! They pick us up from the hotel and start taking us around the “sights” of Turkey - a wine shop where the prices are just crazy (an hour), a stone shop (40 minutes), lunch for 12 dollars, pasta and boiled chicken, a visit to an “extraordinary” place for 12 dollars (as a result, it was an old swimming pool, as if there was useful water there according to the guide), and finally we are approaching Pamukkale, a long-awaited excursion for which we traveled on a bus for a day, for which we paid money and they tell us you have two hours For those who do not have time, the bus leaves and a taxi costs 300-500 euros. No story about the uniqueness of this place was heard from the guide; we spent a day on the road listening to about wine and stones, convincing us what we needed and what we should buy. At the end of the tour, the guide gives an envelope so that we can also pay the driver additionally as a “tip” =)))) On the last day before departure, we took advantage of the option of a free taxi to the shopping center. As a result, they took us to the store and cheated us out of money for buying sweets! We said this, that the amount that was announced cannot be correct, and began to recalculate, to which the girl at the checkout began to behave very nervously and scream, since the truth was revealed and they really counted “accidentally” too much for us) ________________________________________________________________________________ Thanks to the cooks and waiters . It was really always tasty, varied and clean! Thank you! The hotel positions itself as 5*, which is a stretch of four. I don’t know what this position is called - an extortionist, a beggar named Eldar, didn’t have time to arrive - “give me 20 euros, I’ll check you in a couple of hours earlier,” although the instructions that I gave to the hotel indicate 10 dollars, and so on, just a unique person - who passes He did not give in with his extortion not only in the hotel, but also on the beach. A bar is a completely different story; for every drink you will be DEMANDED for a tip, how to demand it? They pour you a drink and don’t want to give it to you, and if you don’t tip enough, they will take out money in the amount of two dollars and show by example how much you should tip.
