酒店很貼心，checkin checkout 有幫忙運送行李，也有專人負責煮晚餐和早餐。 設備齊全，下午玩了扒艇，晚上去浸溫泉，食完雪榚再去bar 飲嘢好relax。另有其他outdoor娛樂，可惜第2天下雨了未能一一嘗試。

My first glamping trip! I was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately it was raining and cloudy... I was worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy it, but I was able to borrow playing cards from the front desk, and I had a great time playing the local board game Carrom in the free space! The twin dome I stayed in this time also had a projector, so I was able to enjoy the Switch I brought with me on the big screen. They also prepared afternoon tea for rainy days only, which was a nice surprise! Dinner was also voluminous and delicious, and I was also grateful that I could choose between Japanese and Western breakfast. Since the twin dome is a tent, there was only one light, so I felt that it was a little lacking in brightness at night, but the villa looked bright even from the outside. There was only a shower in the tent, so I walked to the large public bath nearby. It may not be a problem on a sunny day, but on a rainy day, depending on the location of the room you stay in, you may have to walk a little and catch a cold after taking a bath. However, it's rare to walk in the rain, so in a way I think it's unrealistic and enjoyable! We had a small child with us, but we walked to the room and the staff adjusted their pace to suit the child and also participated in the child's conversation, which made the child look very happy. We were very satisfied with the friendly and pleasant service. There are a wide variety of rooms, so we would like to try out other rooms!

蛍が見れる時期に合わせて友人と子供とヴィラで宿泊させていただきました。子供たちは階段や上にあるネットが張ってある遊び場に大興奮でカヌーやパターゴルフ、レンタルで初めてのグッズに大はしゃぎでした。静かに過ごしたい方達にはご迷惑だったかもしれませんのでごめんなさい。それくらい子供たちは楽しくて満喫しておりました。朝ごはんは和食も選べて夜も丁度良い量でサービスも良く満足でした。花火も指定の場所ですることができて、ゴミも置き場があり、そのまま温泉にも行けて良かったです。親切な心配りに感謝です。バーでは飲み放題やフロントではアイスの食べ放題が個人的にとても好きです。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました。

友達と遊びに来ました。ロビーもとてもキレイでリゾートに来た気分でした。化粧水などのアメニティも充実していて、ボディクリーム、シャンプーなどの匂いも選ぶことができ、感動しました。 お部屋はキレイでかわいく、清掃も行き届いていました。 夕食、朝ごはん、デザートどれも本当に美味しく、とてもよい景色を眺めながら過ごすことができ、時間のながれが穏やかでずっと居たい気持ちになりました。 スタッフの方も親切で、おかげでとても良い旅になりました。

From the moment I entered the entrance, I was impressed by the polite service of the staff! I stayed at Raindrop this time, and there was no clock or TV, so I was able to forget about time and enjoy an extraordinary world with my friends. There was a wide variety of canoes, golf, and board games, so I was able to have many first-time experiences and spend a very elegant time. The staff took care of everything from preparing the meals to cleaning up afterwards, and they were very considerate. All the dishes were elaborate, and I was very satisfied with the quality, quantity, and appearance! The drink bar, soft serve ice cream, and coffee were also well-equipped, which I personally appreciated. The toilets and hot spring facilities were clean, and hygiene was thoroughly managed, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. All the facilities were clean and comfortable, and I was impressed and grateful for the staff's service, service, food, accommodations, and space! This is a place I would definitely like to stay at again!!!

We had a wonderful time just as the title says. We were hesitant to stay there because we have small children, but we were very grateful for the kind response of the staff. It felt like a luxurious high-class camp where time passed slowly. We stayed in a wooden cabin and were able to take photos with Mt. Ibuki, which can be seen from the window of the room, as a bag! We were excited about the clean and new room, and our children looked happy throughout the stay, so we were glad we brought them. Personally, it felt like a high-class camp, so the beds provided in the room were also good and very comfortable to sleep in! There was a shower, but there was a bathhouse nearby that was included in the accommodation fee, so we used that. After the bath, we could get ice cream and juice in the facility, which was also satisfying! There was also a bar, so adults could have a drink and it was a great time! All the meals were great, with local ingredients and skewers of Omi beef. The freshly cooked rice was shiny, and best of all, it was great to be able to eat the food outside while looking at the view! We also went canoeing and took a class, so we were grateful. The food was prepared for us while we were on board, and we enjoyed the hot meal. It was a luxury camping trip, so we didn't have to prepare the food, clean up, or do anything else. It was great that we didn't have to do anything ^_^ After we finished eating, we could enjoy our luxurious meal while watching our children playing outside. We were so happy to be able to spend such a wonderful time!! From the appearance to the taste to the service, it was a satisfying two days!! I would definitely like to go again!!
